INGREDIENTS
1 pheasant
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Celery salt
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of
mushroom soup
Sour cream
1/4 cup wine
1 jar (4 oz.) mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 325°F. Season pheasant with
flour, salt, pepper and celery salt. In skillet, brown pheasant,
turning often. Place in casserole. In same skillet, combine
soup, 1 giant dollop sour cream, wine and mushrooms; heat,
stirring. Pour over meat and bake for 2 hours.
